  We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the perfume is:

  * In its original condition
  * Returned with the original packaging

  To process a return or exchange, please provide your original receipt or order confirmation.

  For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened, used, or sprayed perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  Return Processing

  Returns are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.

  Once your return has been processed, you will receive a Return Confirmation email.

  Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  2. Take clear photos of the product, shipping box, shipping label, and packaging materials.
  3. Email the photos, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue, to our customer support team.
  4. Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your claim.

  After reviewing the issue, Perfume Barrel may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

  Please do not return a damaged or defective item unless instructed to do so by our customer service team.
